The Organizing Committee of IFHNOS2010 SEOUL is pleased to offer rooms at the Venue hotel, Lotte Hotel Seoul and around the Congress venue with special consideration on security, accessibility, and price. As all rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, once the room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may not able to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early reservation through MECI TOUR, the official housing bureau of IFHNOS2010 SEOUL, is highly recommended. |

How to make a hotel booking |
Participants can make a hotel reservation through the E- Hotel Reservation or submit the hotel reservation form via e-mail at ifhnos2010@mecitour.com or fax 82-2-2082-2110. The confirmation of reservation letter will be sent to you within 48 hours by the official housing bureau.
* The ‘E-Hotel Reservation’ system will be available after middle of September, 2009. |

| Important Notice |
1. All hotel reservation should be made through MECI TOUR, the Official Housing Bureau of IFHNOS2010, and any change in booking must be informed in writing to MECI TOUR, NOT directly to the hotel.
2. Double occupancy rate (additional KRW 20,000 per night) applies to above the room rate at Hotel Lotte Seoul.
3. Hotel Reservation should be made until May 15, 2010. After the date, we can not guarantee and it will be subject to room availability.
4. A valid credit card information should be submitted in order to secure booking and room
charges will be settled upon check out directly to the hotel.
5. Standard check-in time from 2.00pm and check-out time by 12.00am apply to all hotels.
6. Please note that requests for early check in and late check out must be informed in writing to the Official Housing Bureau at ifhnos2010@mecitour.com in advance. However, this may cause additional one night charge depending on room availability. |

Before and including May 15, 2010 – No penalty. May 16, 2010 and after – All room charges will be paid by your guaranteed credit card.(10% VAT will be applied.)
