Abstract Submission |
Abstract should be written and presented in English.
All abstracts should be composed in the following order to include: Objective, Methods, Results
and Conclusions.
Each abstract should be less than 300 words.
Online abstract submission is highly recommended.
Submissions by e-mail, fax or airmail are not allowed.

Submission Confirmation |
An acknowledgement of abstract submission will be automatically sent to both a corresponding author and a presenting author by e-mail upon completion of online submission. It is the responsibility of each individual to verify the acknowledgements and carefully review the submitted abstract(s), noting that in some cases during the submission process, characters become illegible. |

Acceptance Notice |
The scientific committee will make the final decision on the acceptance of abstracts for oral or poster presentation. The acceptance of abstracts will be notified by February 28, 2010. If your abstract is accepted, please make sure that you register no later than February 28, 2010 which is the deadline for early registration. Unless you register in time, your abstract(s) may not be included in the congress abstract book.

The local organizing committee of IFHNOS 2010 Seoul would like to provide a key opportunity, society meeting, for members to get together and discuss regional or national issues with related specialists. Acceptance process will proceed on the first-come fist-serve basis. The Scientific Program Committee has the authority/right to change the date and time on your behalf for the appropriateness of the proposal. IFHNOS 2010 Seoul President's Award / Young Investigator Travel Awards are designed to encourage and recognize outstanding research studies in head and neck oncology and its related technology. |

President's Award
Given to the best abstract in each of the two areas - clinical research and basic science.
Waive of registration fee - Carrying a prize value of USD1,000 each |

Young Investigator Travel Award
Given to the outstanding abstract submitted by an young investigator who has completed residency and must be under 40 years of ages.
Prize of USD 1,000 each for 5 persons |

Requirements:
Given to the outstanding abstract submitted by an young investigator who has completed residency and must be under 40 years of ages.
Prize of USD 1,000 each for 5 persons
Applicants of Young Investigator Travel Award must be under post-doctoral position. And department chairman must certify that the author had a significant role in the project. |

Awards will be given to the worthiest applicants based on the selection made by IFHNOS 2010 Seoul Award Committee. If you would like to be considered for an award and you meet the eligibility requirements, please apply it through the website when submitting your abstract online. |
